Fidelity Lawyers Title Agency is a family owned business with over 30 years of title and closing history. Fidelity presently provides title and closing services to individuals, lenders, and attorneys in a fourteen county area in southwestern Ohio. Among our clients are the majority of the leading lenders in our area. Fidelity has successfully handled thousands of transactions.

We maintain a staff of professional title examiners, title officers, as well as experienced closing staff, allowing us to coordinate the entire closing transaction. We issue title insurance as an agent for two of the largest and well-respected national underwriters. In addition to the protection afforded by their financial resources, Fidelity separately maintains errors and omissions coverage. 

We have centrally located offices in downtown Dayton at 10 W. Second St., Suite 2400. We also have access to satellite locations, so we will be able to close wherever is most convenient for your customers.

Fidelity is a privately held locally owned company. Fidelity's primary shareholders are two attorneys licensed in the State of Ohio who have devoted their practices to real estate law and managing title operations in southwestern Ohio for more than 35 years.
